i read the chat WT before i left and i have to say Suave had a good idea with rank...
I propose Suave to doing a post about that where he can explain exactly his idea....
and another good stuff about this is put as Avatar on the forum the Rank of Rcaf as i did with mine

i do like that idea and would like everyone to follow that plan ... you can find the ranks at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/History_of_the_Royal_Canadian_Air_Force everyone will start off at Pilot officer and i or one of my officers will promote you from there
as I'm the commander, and the fact that i don't want to use a real rank above what i really I'm i will be using the RCAF Heraldic Badge as my avatar

i or one of the other "flag officers" will let you know. but as of right now we are just trying to get everyone to use the system.
it has also been implemented on the TS server. for those that use it.

Is there a way to apply to have a lead and wingman? I am wondering this because Fredy and I were planing on flying together and both agree that I would make a better flight/element lead while he would be the flight/element wingman. How could our ranks better reflect that?

once we get everyone using and understanding the "out of game ranks" it will be reflected as to flight lead, and wing man and then second and wing man
